I assume this is mostly looking up, so we get the unusual viewpoint. However, cutting off the top of the light tower makes the photo seem incomplete and loses the interest of that perspective. The building in the lower right was not essential to this view either.

Feels like there's some underexposure on the lower center of the image. Also would like to see the top of the lighthouse not cropped out.
