Interesting perspective with the fence blocking Ginger and also blocking us from seeing anything more to the left. The viewer is sort of in there with her. She looks a tad too yellow for me; I'd shift the yellow-orange hues redder. |

Animals suffer more during winter than humans and that is why they don't make good subjects this time of year. The scragginess of the horse doesn't help the picture overall. |

There is a mysterious purple fringe along the horses' nose that I'm sure others will point out. Something about this shot just doesn't seem quite right. Perhaps this is a pretty severe crop or at the limit of the lenses range? I think that getting a little closer to the subject might have helped. |
