 Photo took at home few hours before deadline. Lighting was made with a home lamp from above and a candle under the arm, to reduce the shadows.

The major problem with this image is the over sharpening effect. I don't believe it was over sharpened because the halo effect that is the primary indicator of over sharpened doesn't carry through from the right side of the hand to the top of the image - meaning that it's a lighting problem - what I'm seeing is the surface vein blood of the skin reflecting against the black background. This might have worked much better with a gray background or lighter shade of black.
