 This is the first outside shot I got with the D700. I really like the 50mm f/1.4D lens.

My kind of shot - I really like this. I love how the lines simply end so abruptly at the water's edge. Great choice of focus for the shot and congrats on the new toy!

That's really a great shot - interesting and incorporates the sky and ground!
Too bad I live in the desert. We never have puddles :(

I always look at telephone poles and think that there must be an interesting shot to be had from them, looks like you managed to find one!

Congrats with your new camera! I always like puddles and the reflections in it. Nice repetition of the poles. Are you sure this one was made with f/1.4, there so much DoF.
