 Believe it or not this was a photo of two figurines sitting on a box on a bed to start off.
Crop, sharpen, spherize, select blue bg, radial blur zoom, poster edges, equalize.

OK, so you processed this a litte! Or is that a lottle? Looks like they are popping out of the TV! But then again I have to look closer to see the box on the bed. The tusks are nice on the stage right doggy!

The treatment makes it look like it could be some characters from the latest cartoon network series! Looks kinda cool.
