What a handsome fellow! Great portrait -- and kudos on your high place in the challenge! Technically -- and aesthetically, I guess -- it would have been nice to see some of that surprising iridescent mother-of-pearl color that iguanas usually show, but perhaps that requires daylight. Terrific detail and great composition of this "headshot", which your subject should feature in his modeling portfolio. Cheers!

It looks like there's a slightly artificial greenish cast to the image, yet it works well. Terrific DOF and composition, super detail!! 9
