This is the Dunlawton Bridge that spans the Halifax River in Daytona Beach.

Below the bridge are several restaurants. I've photographed this bridge a lot - interesting to see it from beneath.

Currently, construction is being done and some strange tarp thing is hanging down, flapping in the wind. I was fascinated by it and took a bunch of photos - somehow it was haunting to me.

This is overlayed with three different filters, one of which is clouds. The sky was white in the exposure - it was dusk.

"What is it? I can't make it out. The title... "Bridge Thing"? What? Does that help? Not really. Perhaps it's a bridge with something hanging from it? But what? And is it a bridge?"

This is what went through my head when I saw this. I love photos that make me thing... as long as they're aesthetically pleasing enough to make me want to keep investigating it... and this ticks all those boxes. Well done... again.

Like the overcast overlay the tarp hanging off the bridge almost looks like a kite. It's gotten hung up on the bridge. Very interesting

Welcome back! Very mysterious, almost ominous feel to this. Like a child's kite caught in the monster tree, only the tree has transformed and the kite has come to pieces.

Without knowing the details I would have thought it to be some sort of abstract. It looks good the way you combined the different layers. The sky adds drama and the old film overlay adds just that little bit of interest that keeps you looking.

I haven't a clue what's happening here, even after reading your text, but there's something really captivating and mysterious about it, nice, very moody!

I would never guess 'bridge,' but I like the mood & energy in this. You created an interesting enigma.
