An artistic success with a technical flaw in the white bloom on the snail shell. Otherwise, a successful entry into the challenge and worthy of a top third finish.

nice shot, great texture. good processing. the border really doesn't do anything for the shot imo, though

focus is not as sharp as I think it could be...did you do USM?
