| it's hard to shoot through a cage or fence, and this is no exception, the bird's textures get lost in the wiring...his eye is great, the way you nailed it with the focus. |

| composition colors texture and exposure all look great. Just wish that cage wasn't in the way. |

| The cage could have been used more effectively with a closer shot. The author could also have adjusted for the cage by creating a frame for the image of texture concentrating on the silver feathers. A good concept just a little shy of being interesting. |

| never noticed the detail in the "white" area (not sure what it is called...chin for us..) of a bird before...excellent focus... |
