| Maybe adjusting the white balance would help this out for me at least. The green cast isn't very pleasing. Definitely textured though. |

| Green is the hardest digital color to control. With excellant tone control and beautiful detail, this should be a top contender for a ribbon. Little minor technical flaws do not detract from the image's overall impact and the impression of texture. Well done. |

Not voting because I'm in the challenge with you.
I really like this. The tiny filaments projecting from the bud are great, and the way the larger "bristles" are all curling away from the center is very neat. |
