| Is it possible that the book "Harold and the Purple Crayon" was an inspiration to you in the execution of the photograph? Because that's what it reminds me of. Only, the color's a dark pink. |

| The color really doesn't have any oommf here. Wish it was sharper and the color really popped out. Maybe a whiter background and a little lighting? |

| The image meets the subject matter dead on. A sound demonstration of the creative process in meeting the challenge. A couple of minor detail problems as the image appears to be less focused than it should be - the DOF could have been used more effectively. This reviewer checked this on two seperate monitors and it would appear that the color is more a mauve or purple than pink. A good solid entry into the challenge. |

| Ah love the elegance and grace in this... how does magenta become pink on paper though (maybe my calibration is off ... am looking at this on my laptop which perhaps doesn't help) |
