Terrific juxtaposition - probably flew right by the dp challenge, but worrafug, eh? I don't think there's anything wrong with this at all - could probably use a little rotation, but preferably not at the expense of important details around the edge.

Nice catch, but I would not devote that much time to that add, in fact, it distracts from the main object. |

The sense of "moment" is present in this image and the obvious character being captured carries some visual impact. Technically, it's a very well composed image which is a plus. From an artistic standpoint, it lacks impact. A worthy entry into the challenge just lacking that something special to make it stand out. |

One of the few entries where the photographer knows what a candid photograph is. 8
I like this a lot as a candid. I can totally tell she probably doesnt know how to operate her phone well.... |
