 Taken at Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio. Originally had a very nice waterfall shot submitted, but I decided it was too boring. We'll see if people think this one is also boring.

Not the kind of thing that appeals to all, but definitely appeals to some as indicated by your commenter average. I think it's quite intriguing and like the way the light is creeping in on the sides.

Very abstract and an approach not often seen at DPC - very evocative of the more modern abstract photographers. Very different and unigue - a solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it has significant impact being richly colored with excellant detail. This image would have worked as a black and white as well. A perfect demonstration of the power of properly controlled light and focus. Well done.
