This is fabulous - must have been quite hard to hold your camera still, what with the wind and trying not to laugh too much!

i reckon if there'd been a strong enough wind and his umbrella was large enough it might'v lifted him clear off the ground .!!!. bet you would'v got some brilliant shots of that .. !!.. lol .. !!..;)

Good job catching the moment. To me, this image seems a bit flat, which could have been remedied with some curves/levels adjustments.

There is a nice sense of motion here, the wind buffeting the umbrella and the boy's hair works well with the motion blur from panning slightly. I think this could be improved be ensuring the boy's feet are fully in the frame, other than that this is a solid entry.

Very good! I'm not finding much in this challenge I like, but this is original. Almost looks like some panning was employed. I like the black and white conversion also.

From an artistic standpoint, this is an image that suffers from too much background - it would have been a better choice to crop the top out of the image to concentrate on the subject. This can be illustrated by moving the browser side slider control so that the image is topped just at the first line on the background door. An excellant conversion technically, it captured the nature of a candid moment perfectly and was a good demonstration of how a photographer has to be ready to capture the moment. A worthy entry into the challene, it's technical excellance is affected by it's slightly off artistic construction.

Very nice pix, just tighter cropping to eliminate the overhead and leftside clutter. That would also bring out the facial expression.
