One of my favorite passtimes when I was in Guadeloupe on holidays few years ago - trying to shoot colibris. Never succeeded, but this is what I strove for.

| A very good image of a humming bird in motion, it is a little less detailed than it should be given the very interesting colors of the pin feathers. Properly framed, the emphasis on the bird rather than the feeder is an excellant example of framing and composition. Not quite the artistic success it could have been - a little more time and patience in capturing these elusive birds would have helped. A worthy entry into the challenge. |
