Animaltastic. There's something so basic about this. It's like a phoneme, or a protein. I have to give it a ribbon, and luckily I have one left, the Posthumous Yellow.

| A very interesting image that suffers from a just shy of sharp focus. Technically, it needs crisp and detailed image to pull of a positive artistic impression. While an intriguing situation, the lack of detail causes the eye to wander around looking for something to interest the viewer. Oddly, the lighting situation may be at fault for this, but at the same time, could have been made better by a slight alteration of aperature or shutter speed. A good entry into the challenge, it falls short of having any significant impact. |
