| I love the detail on his wings. A slightly tighter crop might have been just a tiny bit better, IMO, but this is a really nice image. |

| Not quite to the same level of expertise as some of the other avian images in this challenge, the image is technically flawed due to a difficult lighting situation leading to rather flat and dull coloring. While properly focused with good detail this did not help the image at all. A good effort that might have been improved with a little more patience waiting for a different angle and lighting. |
