This one strikes me as the best of the bunch. Obviously meets the challenge. The composition is great, the entire image is nicely focused. What I like is how you post processed it to colorize the number 3 horse to keep that horse and rider the subject of the image. The viewer is drawn into the story that is told by the image, great context. Great pic. 10 |

I like it! Only rarely do I really appreciate a selectively desaturated photo, but it really works well for this one. |

perfect timing with all legs in the air. partial desat is successfully used to isolate your subject. |

a great capture here .. perfect focus and framing i'll even say he will win this race ... he looks like he wantsto rule even to the point of being pompus! good luck with this, the only thing i would change would be to slightly desat the ruler a tad as he appears to be on the red side but that could be the monitor ... however i would still rate this a top 20 image .. good work!! |

I love the image, but I'm not sure why there's selective coloring of the horses. Was the sorrel your favorite? |
