Awww, how adorable! Blue Jays are pretty fearless much of the time ... bordering on obnoxious, really. I've found that baby birds of all kinds are pretty curious when they're really young, though; then they get wise and learn not to play with strangers as they get older. |

What a cutie. That plant looks like one of the air plants that grow on the oak trees here. It's always a thrill to find a little bird that will let you get a portrait. Thanks for sharing. |

Ah, there he is, that famous baby blue jay. Really love this shot. What a coup to have captured this. He has such a wonderful expression. |

I love the look on this little guys face. It looks a little blown out above his eyes, but that may just be this monitor. I probably should look at these on my calibrated monitor at home rather than at work ;-) |

He was very sweet (even though he looks slightly annoyed). I have a lot of blue jays that eat at my bird feeder & now I'll always wonder if he's one of them. |
