 I was working on some new overlays in anticipation of the May overlay side challenge, and had to find something to use this dirty water one with


Cropped the image then applied the overlay in both darker color and color dodge mode. Cloned out the big green leaf in front, then combined everthing and ran Color Efex Pro tonal contrast on it. Finally, used Silver Efex Pro to convert to duotone.

Original image is a POS, just a snapshot of the back of a sculpture snapped without care while I was walking by.

Maybe it's just me, but I like the finished result. I'm a firm believer in being able to turn a POS image into something interesting with a little imagination and processing skills!

If you ask me, I think you're the queen of turning throwaway images into awesome works of art with your mad processing skills. :) This one came out great.
