| the selective desat doesn't work for me here. I find its most effective when what you are leaving in color is fairly significant in the frame rather than just a small portion of it. |

| I would like this better in color. The red lips really do not add to this image IMO - unless perhaps she portrayed a different mood. Pretty girl. |

| The grayscale image with colored elements is fast becoming a meme in these challenges and it doesn't always work. The repetition of this type of image is fast becoming passe'. Having said that, this is very different and unigue - a solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it has significant impact being richly colored with excellant detail. A perfect demonstration of the power of properly controlled light and focus. Well done. |
