I can't vote on member challanges, but I did want to at least leave you a comment to say that I think this is the best entry in the Banana challange. I was a Bio major in college, and you hit it right on the head with this one--it's even sliced properly! Bravo!

Like your idea. Almost like being back in high school biology. Those disections the teacher did. Only thing missing is the little labels on pins.

I loved the banatomy. The haemostatic, the scapell, all the cirurgical instruments. A 10 to me.

I'm voting on this challenge (as I do all challenges) by first asking myself, does this photo have any appeal outside the boundaries of the challenge. In other words, art comes first. In this case I have to say, "no". The subject does not appeal to me as something I would want to look at again and again. Technically, the lighting is flat, lacking drama and detail. There is nowhere for the eye to rest.
