One big pile of poet, very rare. crop. calculations, overlay red and blue channels. a touch of curves to brighten it up, with the sky masked out. Really nice focus with my sexy wide lens.

Great creativity. Where's the 48 oz. paper cup of Grenache Merlot.

Love the way the poet complements the background. What poets do. Say, shouldn't there be an apple? In your mouth? And where's the crackle? (Actually this fits nicely between your blue and red ribbons, between the diner bacchanalia of scholars and the apparent assumption of the turban squash).

does this come with wry bread? hehe
I need to add this... on my voting screen, about two pictures away, is the shot of the naked woman on the table... it almost seems planned... or weird..

I like this....however, you look quite uncomfortable. The title suits the image well. I don't know if you intended to make the viewers smile....but I just can't help but smile when I look at this. :)

The drama inherent in the subject does not translate well when compared to the rather blank and uninteresting sky. The author's intent here is clear and with a more effective crop at the top of the image, the artistic impact would have been significant. An experiment the author may wish to attempt would be to layer a more dramatic sky into this image and lighten some of the darker areas using the histogram as the guide and the curves control to lighten some of the darker areas.

This is very different, background a little distracting...
