| midtones look like they needed adjusting (Perhaps a "level" layer as well to improve lighting). |

| A candid portrait and effective presentation just slightly marred by some unfortunate highlights in the teeth and eyes akin to hot pixels. Nicely controlled overall (with the exceptions noted) with good use of DOF (which is not over done). While of snap shot quality from an artistic sense, it does match the challenge criteria. Very nice capture. |
