 This is downtown Dayton, Ohio on a special Light Up Dayton night. The businesses were encouraged to leave the lights on until 11 PM on Friday. I wanted to get this shot just before the sun set but it was rainy and windy. The wind and rain slowed down after the sun set.

Post Processing: Paint Shop Pro X

- Rotate, Perspective Correction, and crop
- Auto Noise Reduction
- Dodge lower right corner outside of the fense
- Clarify +3
- High Pass Sharpen Radius 5
- Curves to set the black point and boost the mid-tones
- Resize
- Sharpen with USM
