Sorry to hear about your horse, your image is so tender and vulnerable it makes me want to reach out and stroke those wonderful memories |

when the physical has come and gone
we are left with memories
bittersweet
where smiles and love abide
a lock of hair
a treasured bit
the smell of him still lingers
there
Losing a treasured friend is heart wrenching. I love that you made a memory box. That's what's so great about the human heart. It never loses those feelings and we can hold onto them forever. |

Great still life. I feel bad about your loss. It is a wonderful tribute to him. I live in horse country, and when I heard the news about the many horses that have been left on roads because their masters can't pay for them anymore, it tore my heart out. |
