 "A weed is a flower in the wrong place."

My vegetable garden became completely overrun by weeds this past winter, and the kids and I are working hard to clear them out (and put down mulch to help keep them at bay this year!). I went around today and photographed all the pretty flowers that are just 'in the wrong place' before mercilessly killing them. Except these. I let this patch of baby blue eyes live until they fade naturally, because they're so charming and they're only marginally in the way. :)

This composition is nearly perfect! I'd take out the smidge of blue bottom right. Other than that, the bokeh and framing are ideal. What a lovely focus and light!

Some weeds have neat little flowers and it's cool u decided to keep a patch for pleasure..

I wish my weeds were so pretty. I don't know this plant, but it looks very attractive. I wonder how hard it would be to grow in the right place.
