Topaz Adjust: Detailed (defaults)

Duplicated to New Layer

Topaz Adjust: Flat and Smooth (defaults)
Layer to Multiply blend, 65% Opacity
Merge Layer down

PSP: Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Clarify (3)

PSP: Adjust > Sharpen > USM (low res normal)

Resize

PSP: Adjust > Sharpen > USM(Radius .4 Strength 100 Clipping 5)

Love it! I used to go see the jet "funny" cars at Atco dragway when I was a kid. I wonder if they're still there.
