| This is sweet! The image itself is very cool to begin with; I imagine the collie's owner is at the top of those stairs calling her to come home and she is wistfully looking at the water because she wants to take a dip...I really like the cartoon effect here. |

| Great job! This came out really nice. (I find this technique really helpful for saving blurry and OOF pictures, especially.) Yes, I forgot to mention that tweaking of the default settings is a must; I'm glad you brought that up. |
