Fake Tilt Shift. Processing steps similar to these:

The main difference was I used a selection rather than a mask. After applying the gradient I erased the parts that went over the buildings.

Mid voting (ish):
It looks like my shot it getting slammed. The shot itself was pretty vanilla. The editing for the fake-tilt shift look was sub par. And fake-tilt shift is apparently not a big hit here to begin with. So a 4.8 right now, as bad as that sounds, isn't as bad as it could be.
