 These 5 parrot tulips never really bloomed until after the petals had dried up a bit. Had some interesting colors and textures so I thought I give the a go.

They should decimate my average from Motivational Poster III.

Post: Camera Raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Adjust sharpness. A lot of crops. Hi Pass a new layer at 4 pixels and USM at 70%, 4 pixels, 1 level, changed blend mode to soft light merged down. Resize. USM, 70%, 0.7 pixels, 3 levels.
