C, I'm shocked to see that the good people of DPC were unable to pull themselves along the definition of grunge a little further and if they had they would have found that this image is a perfect example of grunge. Grunge is found everywhere and you happen to find it in nature.
Personally I think the voters missed the boat on this one and you should have been well above 5 in the voting.

i noticed this in the challenge but didnt vote ..
i thought you got the grunge real well .. love the colours and the lighting .. its a fantastic image ..
dont think the voters considered different ways that grunge can be represented .. :) |

| From the thumbnail I didn't expect to like this, but I'm pleasantly surprised. It's a great abstract-like photo with great colors. I'm probably looking too hard, but it almost looks like bug ships flying through space. |
