 Taken at the same fountain as yesterday's posted shot (which is up to 53 views, btw...).

Cropped & cloned out the plastic bottle by the guy's foot. TA Dramatic followed by...shoot, I don't remember. Photo Pop maybe.

I like the long crop and yes, the Topaz is a nice light touch on this one. I think I like portrait drama and dramatic the best of the presets, with a bit of photo pop thrown in. Good combo!

I am finding it a challenge to use TA in a subtle way... it is easy to go over the top. You did very well here to enhance the scene without making it over-done. Nice job!

Nice way of using it just to enhance the natural appearance. I am noticing a trend toward more subtle use of topaz as this challenge progresses.
