used this pic as overlay ..


these little ants are really hard to photograph because they're so small and their black shiney bodies and heads dont look good with the flash coz of the reflections ..
cant really get a shot without the flash if you want enough light & at least some depth of field .. its shallow enough as it is this close ..
anyhoooooo .. he was very nice and posed for quite a few shots .. shame about his ugly appearance and shiney body tho ... !!..:)

He appears to be emerging out of the mist and I feel like a little creature who is wondering if he's friend or foe and if I will be eaten!! Yikes!!

Oh wow roz, again I love that you overlayed another colorful image but kept it smoooooth....I really LOVE the minty green color, very lucky little ant :-)

He sort of looks like he's squeezing himself through from one dimension to another. I love what you've done with the dandelions.
