I'm having trouble finding a use for Topaz Clean in normal photographic processing. However, I think I like it for photographic art.

I don't remember all the steps I took with this. I switched back and forth between TA and TC. And mixed them with various blending modes. I know I finished off with a layer of TA with custom settings for color and noise suppression followed by TC stylized detail.

Yes, I've found Clean to definitely be more useful for photo-art than anything else (I do love the little curly lines on some things!). This one came out nice though.
