Thanks Juli the Flood filter does all the work. I did burn around the edges to give it a more relistic look. The Buzz is what gives it the painted look. I love both filters.


Nice image. I like it, but the above information explains the *brightness* of the reflection which was puzzling me. In my experience there is usually sufficient color in the water to darken the reflection at least somewhat.

Duque is a Arabian. They are very personable horses and he just could not just stand without making contact while my husband posed for me. It was this challange that he posed for.Cowboy Challange I got 20th place with a different pose.

Another winner! Great job with this one. There's a sadness there, with the cowboy's bowed head and the horse's gentle nuzzling. Makes me wonder about the backstory.
