First impression, beautiful image. I personally love a good high contrast B/W image, and this is a great example. If I had to complain about anything, I'd say it lists to the left just a bit. Whether that's actually true or not it's hard to say, but it feels that way to me. The blown out lights don't bother me at all, but that'll get you marked down by many a DPCer. I agree that is could be a bit sharper, but for a 30 second shot without a tripod you done good. :) As far as score goes, this is a pretty good shot but not an amazing shot to most voters. Especially in a free study you really need to bring the wow to get a big score. With that said, I recommend that you don't pander to the masses. I think you've got a great style, and there will always be a minority (at least) that really appreciate it.

Melbourne! I think this is a bit overexposed as the lights are blown out on the left...I do like it though |

though this is a pretty good long exposure did you move a bit...seems like the building should be a bit sharper |
