Pretty neat that you added the birds. Nice rich colors in this shot. It can be a real pain in the butt to get a stuck axe out of a log, this I know! |

There is something, and I can't put my finger on exactly what it is, about this scene ... but I can't stop smiling and staring at it!!!!! |

Yikes, looks like hard work! Hope you gave Greg a nice backrub afterward :-) Love the deep rich tones and those birds are the perfect addition! |

I love the dramatic colours here. The birds certainly add interest, too. You could easily submit this to Australian Geographic or something similar! |

Without your story I would wonder why Greg was cutting a tree this way. You made a wonderful image of it. I like the intense wood color. The birds are lovely, but now you have two interesting subjects in the photo. |

I like your choice of things to add to the shot with the birds. You've become a storyteller with images. It's a good thing that it's winter there now, or Greg would be overheated from the ax work. |

Great shot Roz, so the birds are composited?
Either way it's awesome, looks like a Hitchcock film cover. |

A very nice shot Roz, I like the birds flying in the background it adds a wild feel to the photo. Greg looks like he is having quite the time with the Ironbark. |

I forget you guys are heading into winter. Hopefully Greg got the axe unstuck and you're stocked for a bit with some firewood. Looking forward to following your adventures this month! |
