| I'm glad to see this one did well. It was one of the ones I thought was done well in the challenge. I loved the focus on the prickly parts and thought that the maroon background was a beautiful complementary color. |

| This is my favourite of the challenge. I'm not sure how unusual a cactus is, but it's up there! Your narrow DOF and stunning composition/perspective is what makes this an outstanding photo. |
