How could anyone refuse, with a come-hither smile like that?! Her face has some badly blown highlight from the direct flash. Not to mention red-eye. Well, Ok, so I mentioned it after all. Some means of diffusing the flash is really needed here.

Hey look! She even has that devilish look in her eyes!!!

Red eyes?

I really like the feel of this photo but have to mention two words: red eye.

A little too much of a snapshot to me - especially with the use of the on board flash (even though i know it sometimes cannot be avoided). I would not have seen the association to the challenge if it was not for your title. Nice snapshot though!

Her face is blown out, too strong flashlight

The red eye helps, Devil in Disguise??? Not to nitpick, but you misspelled "friends" and "tomorrow".

Interesting take on the challenge. Photo is good, but the girls face appears to be a little blown out by the flash. The crop is a little too tight for my liking... loss of fingers is an issue for me. Only other issue is the red eye... given it´s a basic editing challenge, the only real option would have been to use red eye reduction... 1. assuming your camera has it and 2. assuming you didn´t already use it and this is what you still got. I like the concept and the idea, and I reckon this would have done much better if flash, crop, and red-eye´s were fixed.

Harsh direct flash lighting is not flattering. Face overexposed so detail is washed out. Focus should be on eyes. "Friends" and "tomorrow" misspelled in title.

Ok this one rather cracks me up. I'm assuming the typos in the title are intentional.

I think it's ok to correct red eye in basic editing.
