Greetings from the Critique Club!
What a wonderful shot! I love the rings and could stare at them for quite some time trying to figure out just how they fit on your finger! ;)
Most of the comments you received during the challenge cover the problems with the shot, the hot spots and lighting seem to be the biggest set back on this shot. I love the texture of the surface you used for your backdrop, it works very well with the rings. But the light is a bit harsh and really sets off some hot spots. Maybe using a reflector or even covering the light with some paper to help deflect it or just a different angle. If you ever reshoot this I would love to see it.
Good Luck In Future Challenges!

Excellent subject choice; I might have tried to tone down that one hot spot, but overall lighting is good. |

I like much: The originality - lighting - shadows. One of the best in this challenge.
I like less:

I like this idea, the use of 'rule of thirds'.....but this is a little dark in spots. In other words the light looks too uneven. The crop on the right is really tight. Any way the focus is good, the idea is good. Good luck to ya. 6 |

I really like the cropping and arrangement. The highlight at the front is just the right accent in my opinion. The colors and grains all work together. |

The cast shadow helps the picture alot. Nice warm tones. |

great color tones and framing. For me the shadow is not necessary since there is interest in the texture of the background which is nice. |
