 This is from a shot done last year for the backlighting challenge. Its a grapefruit segment in fizzy water, i love the colour it has turned when inverted. Selected the background and adjusted the curves to make it blacker as it had blue tinges

That's a great effect - almost neon blue, and like Jutilda I think the bubbles are fabulous.
