Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Composition:
I really this shot in voting, I love the light and dark contrasts of the upright lines I think they demand a longer look than one might normally give to an image. My one small concern is the slight lean on the left which introduces a line at the top and makes the building look slightly distracting in the lower quarter, however looking at the right side of the image I can see your straighting options were limited as any tilt on that side would most likely have been even more noticable.
Camera Work:
Nothing obviously wrong with your camera settings that I can see.
Post-Processing:
Love the fact you have left this almost muted in saturation those blues in the window reflections are simply glorious, I might have been tempted to reduce the reds a bit and try and take out some of the weight of the building reflected on the lower right but that would also have affected the crane so that's a tough choice as the crane IMHO really adds something to the shot. I also like the fact that you have not oversharpened the image which allows for an almost smooth feel to the whole shot.
My Opinion:
I really like your eye, I think you captured a really intriguing image and I look forward to seeing more of you work entered in to challenges. Congratulations on a fine first entry.
Good luck in future challenges!
