 done for the june - where i live side challenge

this is charlie, our budgerigar landing on my desk this morning ..
we got him when he was about 2 months old 6 months ago .. you can see where they'd clipped his wings .. i'm letting them grow back .. he can fly ok now even tho those clipped feathers havent been replaced yet ..
anyway .. i had our side challenge open at the time .. AGAIN .. !!
this time you can see what was on the monitor .. :)

the top one is a panorama by Jdroullard
then dogs by Lelez
then some scenery and a baby bird by Jdroullard
and half of cgino's church with incredible sky .. :)

So, this is your magic domain. The light and DOF in this is just superb for the subjects. I hope that Charlie is happy and all done with the mite problem now. It's odd that Katee didn't get in there somewhere : )

This work space looks so very YOU! And very nice of Charlie to participate so well. Quite brilliant of you to combine the two exposures, too - I'd not even know where to start to do that. (And I'd fail to take the two exposures to begin with!) I need to pay closer attention...

ROFLMAO! Your desk looks like mine -- lots of stuff and just enough room for the keyboard. But I don't have a cool bird...8(

Great timing! It's hard to catch birds in flight well. This leaves something to the imagination too, which I quite like.
