The 2004 East Side Pinto Rangers, ages 7 & 8, didn't win any championships, but they learned about sportsmanship and playing as a team. Charlie, Zack, Logan, Jack (my son), and the 8 other Rangers were mighty proud to sign this ball!

Nice photograph - I really like the "tri-color" (red/black/white) effect! The shadow on the right hand side seems a little too dark only because there is writing (the 'Jack' portion).

Pretty good lighting and a nice, sharp shot, but I think it would have been a more interesting photo if you had backed off a bit and put some context around the ball--maybe some baseball cards, tickets, etc. to make a complete still life.

Very cool. Would have liked to see the ball to either the right or left side - maybe rule of thirds (and I know it's frustrating to hear that after the centred challenge - I know people on this site tend to go on about rule of thirds too much) - but this would have been just even more interesting as an actual photograph if the ball was balanced against negative space - to the right or left. Love that you tookt he time to light it properly and like it a lot against the black. - 7
