The car needs to be perfectly clear and in focus, but it's not, it's a bit fuzzy around the edges. The bright white lights (on-coming car headlights, maybe?) is very distracting. Otherwise, it's a nice shot.

This is an excellent panning technique. A top notch photo. I'm hoping it ribbons. Bumping up the score to 9.

The night light adds to the shot. The focus on the car could be improved. Overall, a nice shot.
