damn, please confess that you took multiple frames and combined them in photoshop, i just can't believe this all happend in one moment...

I think this shot is actually more interesting than the the other. Here the cat guy is just an 'incidental' part of the scene, in the background, almost as if it's an every day thing to come across a guy with a cat on his head. It makes it a whole lot more comical and surreal when placed in context like you have here, particularly because no one else in the scene is paying attention to him.

I find it weird that both you and pawdrix caught the same guy... The cat guy must be a fixture around there.
There's a lot going on here, but I think that's why I like it. Besides the cat guy, there's the man and woman having an "intense" conversation, the girl on the left caught you, and I wonder what the old guy (with the walker) in the crosswalk is trying to do?
Great slice of life in the Big city...
