 I'm a little hesitant in entering this, it's the complete opposite to something in the process of being built which may not appeal to viewers but at the same time I feel it meets the criteria.

The use of effects filters (excluding Noise and Gaussian Blur) is not permitted in Basic Editing - this includes the addition of vignettes. Please review the challenge submission rules.

Without the title, the challenge is obscure, but it's a really beautiful image.

I like the softness and the colors. It doesn't blatantly say "consruction," but instead it does so subtly.
