| the central object (the tree) is really underexposed and with it being smack dab in the middle it really prevents the viewer from enjoying the rest of the scene |

| though your tone looks good, you lost some of your lighting...it seems quite dark to me |

| In spite of a beautiful sky, it's a bit flat: a less centered tree and more of the valley on left side should help IMO |

| I like the composition and the image itself, but I'm not so keen on the tones you have used. Somehow makes the tree looks odd. |
