 I happen to see a wedding party walking around the seedy/gritty side of town, totally out of place. They caught me taking a pic of them. I mentioned it to a friend, and he said it was the trend, to get wedding photos in gritty settings to juxtapose with the fanciness of wedding attire... What do I know, thought it was strange...

You are right about the settings...shooting from behind the fence and barb wire really adds to that...
